Amy Snider, MA
Associate Clinical Professional Counselor
Trauma Therapist
I provide therapy for adult individuals, specializing in trauma treatment using EMDR. My approach is positive and strength-based, creating a safe environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I’m here to offer encouragement, support, and guidance throughout your healing journey.
Together, we’ll navigate every stage—from figuring out where to start, working through the most difficult moments, finding relief from distress and self-doubt, and ultimately stepping into a place of confidence, empowerment, and joy. My goal is to help you grow into the freedom of living your most authentic life.
I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2010, specializing in intellectual and developmental disabilities, substance use and addiction, domestic violence and sexual assault, as well as individual, community, and family therapy. I’ve also worked as an EMDR therapist with active-duty military and veterans. Through all of these experiences, my passion for helping people heal has only deepened. Now, I focus on trauma, PTSD, and trauma treatment, supporting individuals in reclaiming their strength and resilience.
