I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, transformational coach, and embodiment nerd/advocate dedicated to guiding individuals toward healing, self-discovery, and personal empowerment. With a deep understanding of relational dynamics, trauma, and somatic healing, I integrate neuroscience, Internal Family Systems, and embodiment practices into all my work. My journey towards embodiment began as a personal quest for healing from panic disorder and complex PTSD. For years I struggled with debilitating anxiety and panic attacks. I’m forever grateful for this journey as it led me to wholeness, self love and living in my body in a way I never thought possible.

As a KAP certified Therapist I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy supporting individuals in processing trauma, breaking through limiting patterns, and reconnecting with their authentic selves. Currently, I’m in training to become a Certified Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP) Therapist, expanding my ability to help clients access deep healing through body-based, psychedelic-assisted therapy.

I’m driven by a deep desire to share the tools and insights that have brought me healing and empowerment. Witnessing the profound shifts that my clients experience as they reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their inner strength fuels my passion for this work.

Through my coaching, therapy, and embodiment practices, I help clients move beyond anxiety, trauma, and self-doubt, guiding them toward a life of empowerment, nervous system regulation, and emotional resilience. I lead The Embodied Woman Coaching Program quarterly, host transformative retreats—including a sacred feminine retreat in France in 2025—and share my insights through my Substack newsletter and Instagram (@chrissyjpowers).

I believe in the power of embodiment because I’ve experienced its transformative effects firsthand. From overcoming my own struggles with anxiety to rediscovering joy and purpose, embodiment has been the cornerstone of my personal growth journey. Witnessing the profound shifts in my clients’ experiences as they reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their inner strength fuels my passion for this work.
